This is the worst gas station from the H-E-B that I've ever been both restrooms have a big sign that it says out of order when they are not it's just that there is a Lacey fat cashier who doesn't want to clean the restrooms yet it's full of homeless in the area I get that, but you're gonna tell me that you're gonna deny the restroom to a customer Trust me. I hate you in public restroom but if I have to pee, then I have to use it. Y'all need to treat your customers better than that we're not in the Covid pandemic, or any of that to close the restrooms with the sign that it says out of order, conveniently two of them and the only ones do better HEB do better

So just would like to say I love my H‑E‑B I’ve been coming here for years. But here lately we come here all the time for gas , restrooms, snacks but here lately the restrooms are always closed and they got different excuse every time like it’s under construction. Y’all must know it’s an inconvenience people could be driving for hours and gotta stop to get gas and use the restroom but can’t cause there down.Yes I understand it’s hard at that location cause of the rise of homelessness but they also are human and have that right to use the restrooms . Please OPEN THE RESTROOMS

And used to be a good place. But with the camping ordinance there is so many homeless living between Riverside and Pleasant Valley. My wife was very scared to get out of the car to pump gas. I can see why there's a lot of homeless that are drunk or high on something but you don't know what they're capable of doing. Then they're coming up to customers pumping gas asking for money and asking for food I understand people are having a hard time. But if you don't give them what they want what's going to happen that's the question that the troubles most of us if I don't have it and you think I haven't what are you going to do rob me beat me up. This was a conversation me and my wife had. So we decided not to stop at HEB to get gas anymore
