Could not have asked for a smoother process... From speaking with Robert and Derrick the owner, to watching Ruben cut out bad floor and repair it, to sand and refinish with Ketric. I could not recommend a company any more than H&H. They are courteous, punctual and completely professional from start to finish! They literally think of everything, and everyone in my house was willing and able to answer any of my questions and put me at ease at any point in the process! 10 stars of I could!

Having our downstairs floor get ruined by a water leak was quite an ordeal, dealing with insurance and several contractors. The easiest part about it was working with Derek and the H&H team (which is funny because the floor was the biggest/most important job). He was patient while we worked out what fit our budget. He was professional at every step and had our best interests at heart, helping us to convince insurance to cover what they were supposed to (e.g., living expenses while we were out of the house). Floors look great. Highly recommend!

We had them install hard wood floors upstairs, and the process from ordering samples to scheduling and installing was impeccable. They had a few leveling surprises when installing, and needed an extra day, but worked late on a Saturday to complete the job so we wouldn’t have to reschedule the carpet installers (another company) who were coming in on Monday morning. Great communication, great crew, and great final product.

Excellent customer service! I needed a flooring product that they didn't even carry. They used the supplier for other things and Robert generously did the research and was able to order the product for me direct to Austin saving me a round trip to Dallas! Would definitely recommend H&H Hardwoods. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Edit: 3 years later, Derrick and team still continue to provide excellent service! We just wrapped up a small remodel that required some coordination with H&H to ensure new bathroom tile tied seamlessly into the existing wood floors and they knocked it out of the park! Derrick and team are just the best! Thanks again for the attention to detail.

I spent about two weeks interviewing various flooring contractors and am happy that H&H was on that list. Don't waste your time calling others, call H&H first! Derrick and team are responsive, timely, they understand your needs and wants and did a great job refinishing our wood floors. Cannot recommend them enough!

Really ethical business--we recently purchased a home and thought we needed to treat the floors. Derrick came by and told us they were in great condition and not to reach out for a few more years. They earned a customer for life. I'm contemplating moonwalking around my house in cleats just to be able to use them sooner.
