The rooms are spacious and the bed fairly comfortable. The water pressure and hot water in the shower is not good. The fire pit is a nice touch and we enjoyed hanging out around it as a large group.

The breakfast was mediocre. Some kind of premade, cold omelet thing. Aside from making your waffles, nothing hot worthwhile.

As a gold member I requested a late checkout on Sunday and they refused. They said they don't do it on weekends.

All said, not bad and not great, but I will likely look elsewhere for our group when we are back next year.

The hotel smelled nice and was pretty new. The decor is very modern. It didn't look renovated, if it was they did a great job. It didn't have that old stale smoke smell.
There is a small snack stand at the front desk which is standard. They have a breakfast service that ends at I think 9am.

The cleaning ladies were great.

I traveled to Melbourne for work and arrived a night early. I talk to the night clerk and asked if he had any rooms available for me to stay for the night and he said yes. Staying the night there was fine and the night clerk was attentive and helped me out well. Staying the night was fine as well too but then I woke up early so I can go ahead and leave to head to my destination. I started to get my clothes ready to leave and I hear a knock on my door and the cleaning ladies are standing there and they say “you’re not leaving yet?” So I assumed that I was about to check out late. It was only 9:50AM and I just felt like I was being rushed out the door. I talk to the lady at the front desk in the morning and asked her what time was check out and she told me 11AM. I did not appreciate feeling like I was to be rushed out the door an hour and 10 mins before check out since I drove for 13 hours the night prior.

Clean, modern decor. Room laid out nicely and most importantly, it was clean. Can’t speak to front desk service as we did self check-in/out. But the dude in the kitchen must’ve been having a bad day. Slow to refill items that’d been depleted and had a “tone” about him that said he didn’t want to be there.

Overall, I’d probably stay here again but would definitely forego the food.

Do NOT stay here. They have no generator in case of emergency. And,IF YOU RESERVE A ROOM AND YOU DONT STAY UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION DATE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED!! At the very least ONE NIGHT FOR MOT STAYING THE ENTIRE TIME! LOOK THROUGH THE REVIEWS! This hotel is NOT like all HILTON hotels and is independently owned. They have a hard policy of early check out of which they don't tell you. IT'S CRIMINAL!! Save yourself the hassle and your hard earned money. Stay anywhere else!!!

I stayed here on business for ten days. My original stay was supposed to be fourteen. Hurricane Helene came and the next day had to check out early and without notice. (Due to the damage/destruction I had to get back). I was told that I would be charged an additional night due to an early check out. I was not told about this policy at check-in, nor did the hotel have any signs about this policy anywhere in or around the lobby. I was told it's hotel policy, and I was forced to pay for a night in a hotel I wasn't going to be in. I travel for work and currently have spent 265 days on 33 different stays, specifically at Hilton Hotels, just this year alone. This has never happened to me in the six years I've been traveling. It's a nice hotel in a great location but will stay anywhere other than this hotel.

Hilton Diamond member here. Sadly I have to leave a review about hospitality I experienced. I made a reservation for a stay for business purposes. My customer called me the morning of my scheduled stay. He had a family emergency and couldn't meet, and asked me to postpone my visit by a week. Of course, no problem.
I called the hotel and spoke to the front desk as soon as I hung up with my customer at 8:25am. I explained the situation and asked if the could move the stay ahead a week. The young lady i spoke with was nice but she said she had to speak with managers when they come in. I waited until 11:30 and called back...managers were still not in. The young lady at the desk assured me she would check with them and call me back.
She did call back 2 hours later. She said the manager, Simon, had refused my request and I would have to pay for the room. Seems the manager may have called me himself, but i understand, if you dont get into work until 1pm...that makes for a short day..
I have had this happen once before at a Hamption inn at Daytona speedway. Not only did they approve my request, but rescheduled my stay while I was on the phone.
I am a Diamond Member for Hilton and have stayed hundreds of nights over the course of my career at Hilton properties.
This was a simple case of LAZINESS (greed?) on the part of the manager.
I will make sure that I do not stay at any of the properties associated with the company that owns this hotel.
So easy to lose a customer...and so expensive to get one back.
