K-Pups is a great service! They were friendly and conscious of our dogs needs! The install was fast and I would highly recommend their services! We have used K-Pups for parts and trouble-shooting issues with an existing collar in the past and they were great to work with. K-Pups did a great job of accommodating our new home construction schedule to get on site when needed. Office staff were very helpful and the installer was courteous and efficient. We were able to utilize our panel from the last house to help save on costs. I would highly recommend K-Pups!

Highly recommend! The underground fence has been so life changing for me and my family! Jay, Lauren, and Patrick where all an absolute pleasure to work with! They are very thorough, it's not a one collar fits all I have 2 dogs that are very different and they customize everything based of the dogs reaction and response. Great customer service. And even better, great results!!!!

K-pups was great with installing our invisible dog fence. They were communicative, timely and professional. They worked through the rain while creating essential zero mess. After the driveway was too wet to seal after the initial installation, they came back a couple days later to finish the job. Highly recommend K-pups for your invisible fence needs.

We have a new border collie puppy and I already had an underground fence that was installed by k-pups years ago. I asked Jay to come out and make sure everything was in working order and train her. He did a great job teaching my wife and me and Mayzee. Instructions were clear and we have tried to follow them to a T. Mayzee has responded excellently. No breaches so far and we've removed the first set of flags. We're so much more relaxed knowing she is safe. She has also become much calmer (for a border collie). She stands inside the boundary and watches the neighbor kids play without attempting to cross.
I also want to thank Lauren for all her help in replacing my (old) collar receiver which stopped working a week or so after training.
