An overdue but necessary thank you to Hudson Barks! As a first time pet parent I was overwhelmed by information on the web or in books but Jennifer was exactly what Waffles & I needed! I signed up for private in home classes and Jennifer’s teaching techniques were clear , calm and concise. She helped me put together a crate schedule and was thorough in teaching the “why” behind every learned behavior. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Hudson Barks to anyone !

Jennifer has been a such blessing. My family and I recently got a puppy, with all the biting, potty accidents, and endless nights of sleep, it got very overwhelming. It got to the point where we considered returning the puppy.That is when we reached out to Hudson Barks. Jennifer is very professional and super knowledgeable. She listened to our concerns and gave us solutions to each. She provides a detailed review of what we cover in each lesson, so we can refer back to it and continue the training at home. She helped give me the confidence to train my pup and create a stronger bond with him. He has become more well behaved compared to when we first got him. We don't know where we would be without Jennifer. My family and I are forever grateful to her expertise!!

My husband and I booked training sections for our Dog Daisy, she was 10 weeks old. We got Jennifer as our trainer and we couldn’t be happier. Jennifer is super calm and sweet with our puppy. Daisy was always delighted to be at Hudson Barks. Jennifer tips and advices were always great and right on the spot to help with our growing puppy. We saw changes in our puppy behavior right away after a few training sections. Now Daisy is going to puppy Pre-K and we can’t wait for this new experience. We had a great experience with Jennifer. She first accommodated our schedule so we could have puppy training for Heidi, as well as training for the humans! Jennifer worked with us to address Heidi's specific issues - she listened to our concerns and offered helpful solutions. Jennifer even provided us with an extra pen, which has been a tremendous help in giving Heidi more restricted freedom, especially at night.

Would recommend Jennifer to anyone needing help with puppy training. Would also continue to utilize her services if we lived in Weehawken.

My dog, Derby, and I loved Hudson Barks for pre-teen obedience school! The trainer, Jennifer, was very friendly, effective and helpful in training our small class, giving us all the attention we needed in an intimate setting. The facility was clean and had any necessary accessories/equipment in case we needed props, and they also have treats and toys for purchase. My dog was very responsive to Jennifer and she helped me get my dog to be equally as reactive and responsive to me. The class is really about the parents learning, which was great! I’d recommend Hudson Barks to any other dog parent looking to train their pup!

I’ve had my whippet puppy in their group training classes for the past 2.5 months and it’s been incredible! Rebecca has been an incredible trainer and support system through all puppy issues.

The training is all positive reinforcement and I’ve watched my dog go from not knowing a single command to being able to do commands outside with distractions.

My dog will start wagging her tail all excited when she realizes she’s going to see Rebecca for her weekly lesson. I can’t thank Hudson barks and Rebecca enough!
