Very incompetent and lazy. Visits are short with no explanation as to what the plan of care will be. His assistant is rude and dismissive. He is rude and dismissive. He doesn't know or is too lazy to care how a pre-auth works. Find someone who wants to help you.

Dr. Spence -my visit was short and sweet because I was lost and arrived late. Tiffany had attitude from the jump. I offered multi times that I would gladly reschedule as it was 100% my fault. It took me over an hour to get there when it should have taken 20 minutes. As such, I was very appreciative that he took the time to complete the fastest appointment in medical history. the Dr. seemed like he would be a great doctor. He ordered a home sleep study. When the sleep study people called and said insurance was denied. I said let me call and talk to my insurance providers. I spoke with both my primary and secondary insurance companies. My insurance company asked for a pre-authorization form to cover the cost of the study. Both companies wanted this form to be filed. They both indicated it would be covered after doing so. They will say I declined to have the study. I did not decline to have the sleep study. I declined to pay for something that insurance would cover if they would file the form. The sleep study company indicated they would put the order on hold until the form was filed and resubmit. Emina and Tiffany could not have been more rude about the whole situation and the forms being needed. Emina would not file the form and did not file the form. I never write reviews much less bad ones on anything because everyone has a day. These ladies are bullies, mean and rude. So, Dr. Spence you kept my appointment and quipped about needing the money - but you really will if your patients do not come back because of your staff. I wish you all the best.

First visit was short and sweet. A major test was scheduled to confirm a condition I have had for years. Second visit I was told after arrival that my referral needed more visits added and that I could not be seen until they had it per office policy. I understand policy. My primary doctor was contacted and added the referral while I was waiting. But I could not be seen until they had the fax that was being expedited. So my appointment time passed while I waited and was told I had to reschedule after waiting and driving 45 minutes. Receptionist was rude, loud, and was not using an appropriate tone of voice for an office setting. I will seek a new physician.

I had breathing teztz(my curvy letter doezn't work!) 6/2/21 and thiz morning Dr Zpence called himzelf. I think he and hiz ztaff are very concientouz and friendly. I'm glad my PCP referred him to me. Thank you, Dr Zpence!

Dr. Spence is THE MOST THOROUGH PULMONOLOGIST!!!! He calls me in Scripts on his day off thru My-Chart! Always gets me in for visits!! I highly recommend Dr. Spence!!!?

Not impressed, says they will write script for home nebulizer does not show up call company they state they have not received the correct paperwork. Here I sit with out the medical equipment I need. This has happened two times over the past several months. I need someone who cares and makes sure there patients are taken care of.
