Great place to let your dog run around and be free. Very large area with access to the water so your dog can play on the beach. There are no facilities here so if you plan on an extended stay, bring water, food, chairs, or whatever.

We walked the entire perimeter and logged more than 2 miles. The are plenty of trails that go this way and that so you can make it a shorter or much longer walk.

We went on a chilly cold day and there were a lot of dogs. I can only imagine how crowded it gets on a nice summer day. So, if it will be a nice day, maybe go early. There are not a lot of trees so expect direct sun for most of the day.

My dog absolutely loves this dog park. It is huge. Approximately 160 acres. It is out on Fiesta Island. There is tons of space and friendly dogs to play with and lots and lots of beach access areas. You cannot go wrong taking your dog here they will love it guaranteed. If I could add one thing it would be a grassy area but overall it is a fantastic dog park

VERY LARGE PARK WITH A LOT OF SHORELINE FOR FROLICKING IN THE WATER!!!
PUP PARENTS ARE FRIENDLY AND DOGS WELL-BEHAVED.
My Border Collie/Shepherd mix LOVED this place ❤️

ONE CRITIQUE...
It would be nice, as well as considerate, if more owners would pick up after their dogs...
Quite a few doggie "land mines" laying around.

This is our favorite dog park. It's nice to be able to let our dog off leash and let him explore or go in the water (not very often).

It's an hour drive for us, but it's always fun to spend an hour here enjoying the dogs and the water before we go about our other plans around town for the day.

This is one of the best dog parks I've been to. It's very spacious with the backside for adventure with your pups without water and a beach area with access to the bay for your pups to play and swim in the water. Easy to get to and plenty of parking!

Lots of sea weed but all I cared about was finding a place where my baby could be off leash. Our favorite dog beach in California is still in Cayucos, but this one doesn’t stink and there’s a long stretch that allows the dogs to be free. Water was actually warm so that was an added bonus

Dog island! We love this dog park. It’s so wide open and we can do different two mile loop walks with our dogs off leash either close to the bay water or in near dirt/grass. The weeds get high in the summer and calm down in the winter. Most dog owners are very friendly and responsive to their dogs, local dogs are very sociable who go here but some you can definitely tell aren’t off leash often and this is usually more during the tourist season. Overall a great place for a walk and to let your dog safely enjoy playing in the water!

This park is HUGE! I mean huge! Trails all over, it’s gated in, there are areas that you can take your dogs down to the water, bowls for them to drink
