How do they have a successful business? I need to take their contracts because they do not tow away from the 12609 Dessau Rd community or people would not be blocking the road way. Furthermore, they love to sub their calls out to illiterate call centers.

Absolutely HIGHWAY ROBBERY! These guys showed up as part of my Roadside Assistance and very forcibly demanded $140 to tow a scooter less than 2 miles. My Roadside Assistance through Driven Solutions is supposed to provide me with up to $150 credit for a tow.......so apparently H&A Towing charges $290 to tow a scooter very short distances and their drivers have no idea how to load or unload a two-wheeled vehicle without forcing the owner to climb up onto their greasy flatbed and hold my vehicle steady while they raise or lower it.

Maybe don't take the tow jobs you're not equipped to handle like a professional and your price gouging is shameful.

I had a good experience with this company. I scheduled a tow through BMW Roadside Assistance. I received a text saying that the driver from H&A Towing would arrive at 10am. The driver called me at 9:58am to say he was out front and ready to pick up the car. He drove the car to BMW of Austin and dropped it. The driver was punctual and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Picked up my truck and took to body shop, DID NOT LEAVE KEY WITH BODY SHOP. Called to find my key and guy that answered phone was rude and started cussing at me bc I told him I wasn’t going to have State Farm call him to find my key. I tried giving him the location of where they picked up my truck (my house) and the location of the body shop. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY
