Hasani is a talented trainer and a wealth of knowledge (plus he is kind and personable!). Prior to meeting Hasani we took our high strung double Shepperd mix puppy to weekly puppy classes and private lessons with another trainer and still didn’t feel we had the tools to deal with certain behaviors as they came up (especially jumping on people and nipping).

Then we met Hasani! After our puppy completed his two week board and train program the difference was remarkable. The leash pulling, nipping, chewing, barking, and general demands for attention that we may have just chalked up to puppyhood prior to meeting Hasani, were nearly eliminated. Hasani also provided the instruction needed for us to feel confident in working with/continuing to train our puppy as he grew and changed. We had a wonderful experience and were blown away by the results. Don’t waste your time with other trainers.

I leveraged Hasani's Private Sessions to help teach me how to better communicate with and handle my reactive GSD/Pit pup (Bizzy).

After five sessions, I feel Hasani helped us successfully lay a foundation to build on.

When we started Bizzy was unfocused on walks, a real puller, and full crazy dog when seeing another dog.

Hasani helped us establish proper leash handling skills and commands as well as structure and consequences for unwanted behavior on walks and indoors.

Post-sessions, Bizzy is a transformed pup. We still have work to do but he heals on walks and actually obeys commands even when distracted by another dog or squirrel. Indoors, he is almost a perfect pup.

Hasani was amazing to work with. He helped us transform our very destructive and hyper dog, into a rule following boy. Prior to the 3-week board and train, our dog destroyed everything in sight, jumped from couch to couch, dragged my wife down the block on their walks, etc. Now our dog understands very basic commands that make all the difference. He knows he is only allowed on his bed, he can’t move until we say, he must walk with us, not ahead of us, and reactivity is not allowed. These are all such basic things that we couldn’t get under control until we worked with Hasani. He helped us understand that owners need just as much (if not more) training than the dog. We 100% recommend his training to anyone that is interested.

Hasani and his work with our dog, Chloe, was worth all five stars and more. We came to Leash Drop Canine after realizing we were in over our heads when we adopted a 6-month old female Boxer when we already had a cranky 12-year old Chihuahua. We had no idea how to successfully support these two dogs coexisting and avoid fights where the Boxer's size and strength would hurt the Chihuahua. That is where Hasani and Leash Drop Canine came to the rescue.

After our consultation, Hasani recommended a 3 week board and train for our boxer puppy, Chloe. To make a long story short, it could not have been more successful or a better investment. Chloe came back a different dog. We immediately noticed that she seemed uninterested in entertaining herself by antagonizing Tito, the geriatric chihuahua. They could exist together without getting into an argument. She was also very obedient, having learned all the typical commands needed for a dog her age. She was also very well behaved on a leash.

Perhaps the most important piece to all of this, is that my wife and I learned how to be better dog owners. Hasani really took the time and care to teach us his methods and techniques as well as the rational supporting them. Not only do we think I can support and maintain Chloe's growth, we can carry this skills and knowledge over to future dogs. Hasani's work with Chloe, as well as his work with my wife and I, have helped us enjoy Chloe (and Tito) more, but I also think the dogs are happier as well.

We signed up our Bernese mountain dog puppy for a board and train with Hasani because we were struggling as first time puppy parents. Our pup wouldn't walk, jumped on everyone, pulled us across the street when she did want to move, chewed everything in sight, had a hard time with crate training and staying on her bed, barked at other dogs for no reason. We watched countless videos and tried everything we could, and while we had some success with teaching skills, our pup viewed them as optional and only obeyed when she felt like it. Our family was incredibly frustrated and at a loss for what to do.

Hasani's board and train program truly turned things around for us. He was able to teach her loose leash walking, polite greetings with people and dogs, being calm. He taught us about leadership, boundaries, and how the timing of the commands and posture may be enforcing the wrong behaviors.

We went to his facility and local Home Depot for practice and were so impressed with how much our dog had learned. We also had 2 in home sessions after she returned that were so helpful in addressing things that are specific to our life (elevator, narrow hallways, etc).

Something I found especially important is that Hasani is very up front that the board and train is not a magical fix and that the owners are responsible for maintaining the learning. The training sessions are as important for you as they are for the dog, so you don't experience any skill regression when they come back. We feel so much more empowered to properly train and care for our pup and are so appreciative of his expertise and time.

Hasani is amazing! I sent my two boxers (ages 2 and 5) for his board and train program and I’m very pleased with the outcome. He is professional and very patient. It was my first time ever boarding my dogs, so the daily progress updates really made me feel at ease. I am so proud to see my girls acting like completely different dogs ! I am so thankful!

Where to begin? I’ve owned 5 dogs in the past before current dog, Olive. They were all “easy” dogs and I never had any issues.
It wasn’t until we adopted Olive that I realized not all dogs are the same. Very soon after adopting Olive we very quickly learned she needed extra guidance. She showed signs of aggression early on, and even bit a couple of our family members. It seemed like it was all escalating over time, and we didn’t know what to do and even considered rehoming her, which absolutely shattered our hearts. We were devastated.
With our stress levels high and no other options we came across Leash Drop. Starting off we a consultation phone call, and then an evaluation, right away we realized how little education we had on dogs. We did the 3 week on boarding and Olive came back a new dog. We are amazed at her calmness, her intelligence and overall so happy that even tho she was a challenging dog, she still came back her spunky, fun self.
The biggest gift was education to us, the owners. Hasani educated us on so many things we never even thought of. We are forever grateful to him for that. Olive needed us to know how to help her live a peaceful life, where she felt safe and confident and we couldn’t have done that without Hasani.
