I took my GSD puppy here for puppy class and had a great experience. So when I had to go out of town for 3 weeks, I enrolled him (now 8 months old) in a board and train program. Eric Baldazo did an amazing job building his confidence and a solid set of manners. He posted pictures and videos of his progress every day. He was clearly having fun. Plus the got a full spa treatment on pickup day. I highly recommend MBG dogs for training, boarding, and grooming.

We had aggression issues come up years after adopting our rescue and this facility was recommended after a dog behaviorist designated our dog a "red zone" case. The trainers and team at this facility took excellent care of our dog and even extended his training (as he can be pretty stubborn) at no extra cost. My family feels safe again and our dog is more calm and has more confidence. We are very grateful to the skilled team My Bodyguard Dogs for allowing us to continue to give our dog a home! I would highly suggest this facility to any dog owner, especially if you're experiencing issues with aggression from your pet.

You simply can’t say enough about My Bodyguard Dogs. We have had our Rhodesian Ridgeback through a couple classes and finishing another Wednesday. We have also taken advantage of private sessions with trainers throughout our time there. From Julie, the owner and instructor for our first class, to Eric our instructor in our next two classes, to McKenzy our instructor for an extra one we are finishing and next class the most important thing remains the same across the board. That one thing is they care for your dog. They want to help find a way that works for you to train them and are there for you every step of the way.

You wont find a better group of people to help train your dog as well as care for it and the facility is top notch from A-Z. Get out there, get your dog enrolled and have some fun with them!!

We recently purchased a female German Shepard from Julie. She was trained by Jo who obviously did a fantastic job. She is wonderful around our 15 month old and has a sweet demeanor. This was our first interaction with Julie and her facility and we were highly impressed. Her staff was nice and her trainer was knowledgeable and communicative. The facility was clean and organized. We would highly recommend My Body Guard Dogs to anyone in the market for a new dog or in need of training.

My wife and I had two puppy under the age of 6 months and wanted them to go thru obedience classes. We brought them to My Bodyguard Dog and now, both have achieved the “Canine Good Citizen” awarded from AKC. We are nothing but completely pleased with what we found here. In fact we were so pleased we purchased a third puppy from here and she is wonderful…. My oldest shepherd is now going thru “protection” training and the transformation is amazing…. So glad we heard about and took our dogs to this place. Every trainer we have worked with is completely wonderful. They are kind and patient with both dog and owner…

My wife and I have only experienced good things with this organization. I am looking at some lower star reviews and they just don't add up for us. We began to look for dogs all over the US and Europe for my wife. My wife was walking one day when a homeless man was following a little too close for her liking and fortunately a neighbor came out and the man went the other way. We knew we did not want a puppy and were looking for an adult trained dog. I them had an opportunity to get out of California and move back the Midwest. In my google searches popped up My Body Guard Dogs. I called and spoke to the owner Ms. Julie. I explained the situation and she said she had two mama females that might do the trick. I took the drive from my new job to her facility. When I drove in, I immediately recognized this facility was someone taking seriously what they do. I entered the training room and there around the facility floor were about 9 dogs all laying on raised beds. Not a bark or nothing when I walked in. I watched them work with some of the dogs and then Julie came over and introduced herself. I then met Fenia a 3 1/2-year-old female German Shepherd. Very friendly and very obedient. I spent time with the dog and Julie. I then was allowed to take Fenia outside with one the handlers and we tossed toys outside. I wanted this dog for our next pet. I explained again to Julie I was staying in a hotel, looking for a home and my wife was still in California. Julie said not an issue. She would hold Fenia for us. She did. When my wife arrived from California, we went to visit Fenia and my wife fell in love with her. A couple weeks later we picked up Fenia. I asked Julie about a second dog. I mentioned the other dog she had shown me. Julie could have easily just said yes and made money and moved on. Julie said, let's find you a male. Give me some time and we will find something for you. Sure enough, she is now working with a 5-month-old male that we hope to pick up in the next week or two. Julie has sent trainers to the house to help my wife work with Fenia on stairs. Julie has checked in all days of the week including Sundays to see if we need anything. She realized she had forgotten grooming brushes for us and sent them with the trainer. The trainers Crystal and Megan have been fantastic. Birdie has kept us updated with videos and pictures of our dogs in training. You can't ask for more from an organization. Nobody is perfect and never will be. These people go out of their way to make sure you are treated well, and the dogs are taken care of. Don't hesitate at all to reach out to them and ask anything you want. They take the time and explain everything well in the process. We had a small bump on pickup day as they got busy, but the follow up was outstanding. I would rather have a bump and see how they recover, than to have everything go smooth and then be forgotten about. My wife and I do not recommend places normally. However, Julie and the My Body Guard Dogs team have earned the right to be on the top of our list. Don't run from them! Run to them! You can't go wrong!

From breeding to training to everything in between, this has been an amazing experience! Julie cares deeply for her animals and their families. We are so grateful to gain such an amazing pet for our family and the knowledge and expertise of such an amazing breeder!
