Sharon and the team here are exceptional! The programs they offer and their staff are all excellent. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to adopt, train, or just have fun with their pup.

My dog, Cali, is an anxious German Shepherd and I signed her up for the Positive Care and Maintenance Class to help with her confidence. Kristina Finney was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough during classes. She provided clear instructions on how to handle Cali during her anxious moments and how to turn "scary" situations them into positive experiences. I am going to sign her up for another class at PAWS. Recommend!

My husband and I took two different classes (Playful Puppies and Basic Obedience) with our two dogs adopted from Paws with trainer Brian, and both of us as well as our dogs really enjoyed the classes. Place is very organized and clean. Free easy parking on site is great. We learned a lot from the class materials and practices. Brian was also very knowledgable and skillful in personalizing training advice and techniques for each of our dogs. We really appreciate all of his help!

My dog and I recently completed the basic/beginner obedience class and has a fantastic experience. Mike was friendly, helpful, and you can tell he is genuinely committed to helping individuals with training their dog. As a first-time dog owner, this class was great with learning the do's and don'ts of training and I saw great improvement in my dog over the weeks.
I'm excited to start intermediate training in January.
Constructive feedback: the intro class (human's only) was somewhat unnecessary because most everything had already been sent in an email/was FAQ type of content. I think that time would have been better as an additional class with our dogs, as the hour always flew by. Secondly, it might be helpful for PAWS to put together a weekly recap, because sometimes it was a lot of learnings and homework to remember for home.

Our pup Ares just graduated puppy class! His teacher was awesome! So attentive and helped us out with so much (even stuff that wasn’t covered in classes). Highly recommend! Reasonable prices as well!

Was very much looking forward to taking our dog here, unfortunately something serious came up that sent me out of the city for two weeks causing me to miss the first two appointments. I called the office the day before the first day of class in hopes of just switching to another class schedule starting a few weeks later. No response. I tried again A couple days later and finally followed up with email several days after that. After a week+ I FINALLY got a response from Joan saying she had no flexibility, even though there were open spots in other classes. I wasn’t trying to cancel, or get my money back, all I wanted was to be able to get into a class that I could actually attend.
I found the service to be rude, and very slow. To offer zero flexibility despite difficult circumstances is very difficult to understand.

I paid for basic in class training the instructor did not want to interact with my dog because he’s a pitbull he told me to FaceTime his phone to do the class from home I tried to get a refund they told me I couldn’t because the classes already started
