We were next in line, than a new register was being announced by a girl walking by us "next in line " then took the people behind me and seen they did with no remorse .. great top notch customer service.. just great .. never will I return .. besides the fact my kid had to feel bad for the beta fish in cups living what seems a horrible life ... people don't like them at carnivals but behold the low life treatment in a corporate store .. that I took video of . Wasn't going to post it .. but the employee that acted like we didn't exist might have earned that to happen too . Great job pet smart ..

Trinity in the grooming center is amazing!! I have an extremely stubborn and high energy husky named Sadie, and she has by far done the best grooming on my fur baby. Her paw pads are not trimmed too low, and her haircuts always look fantastic. We 1000000 recommend trinity

I’ve been buying food and litter for my cat at PetSmart for a while now, and I had always had a good experience until today. I went to the store to stock up before an upcoming hurricane, and the experience was completely disappointing due to the attitude of a manager named Margaret.

First, when I approached the register, she called me over but did so in a very rude manner, with gestures that seemed to show impatience just because I didn’t realize her register was open. I tried to be polite and asked her how her day was going, but she responded with a cold and curt "ok." On top of that, when I asked her a question about cat food, since I was transitioning from kitten food to adult food, she didn’t answer kindly or offer any helpful information.

It’s really disappointing to receive this kind of treatment, especially when you're just trying to make sure your pet is well taken care of. I leave today very dissatisfied with the unprofessional behavior of this manager and her poor attitude. I hope PetSmart considers improving their customer service, especially during challenging times like these.

Great Pet store. My pictures don't capture the gigantic size of this place. Seriously huge selection. I found a water dish for cats, one that is flat and wide, so it doesn't bother the cat's whiskers. No other local pet store had even heard of it. Pet Smart had 2, right on the shelf. Bought other things too, I just love buying new cat toys, it is so much fun. Oh....they have grooming services here. They even groom cats! Nice staff.
